Phase 1 Application / Guidelines

• There is a two-phase application procedure to the BPSU.

• Phase 1 requires the completion of the application form

• If approved a more detailed Phase 2 application will be sought

• Please read the application handbooks before completion,

• Application forms must be submitted 4 weeks before the date of a BPSU Executive.

• You may be required to attend the Executive to present your application.

• Approval of the Phase 1 does not mean that the Phase 2 application will be automatically accepted.

• All application need to be submitted no later than 4 weeks before the meeting.
• lf you would like one of our medical adviser to comment on your application prior submission to the BPSU Executive (this is strongly recommended) you should liaise with them to ensure you to meet this deadline.
